What companies usually ask.
How do we send our colleagues' details?
A spreadsheet with names, titles and e-mail addresses is enough. We make the cards from it and set up everyone's profile.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription?
No. You pay for the cards once, and the profiles are free to use.
Can we get an invoice to our company?
Yes. Choose “Company” at checkout and enter the company name and tax number. For quotes we invoice the company too.
Can the card be in our company colours?
Yes. The Black and White cards carry your logo, and the Freedom card can be designed fully in your colours and patterns, on both sides.
Who sees our colleagues' details?
Everyone decides in their own Account what appears on their profile. The card only points to the profile; it stores no data.
What should go on the back of company cards?
Whatever suits you. With just the company logo and QR code, no name or e-mail, a card can be passed on: when someone leaves, you simply update the profile with the new colleague's details and the card keeps working. Phone numbers are best kept on the profile, where they can be changed any time.
