What exactly does taptap do?
The card has an NFC chip inside. When someone taps it on their phone, your profile opens in their browser and they can save your contact with one tap.
What if the other person's phone has no NFC?
There's a QR code on the back of the card: any phone camera can scan it, and the same profile opens.
Do I need an app?
No, neither do you nor the person you share it with. On older phones the QR code on the back does the job.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay for the card once, and editing your profile is free.
How is the design made?
After ordering you fill in a short form; we design the card and send it for your approval. The design, worth 35 000 Ft, is free with every order.
What if I lose it?
Your profile and details stay safe: the card only opens your public profile, nobody gets into your Account. Already a taptap customer? Write to support@taptap.hu and we'll send you a personal discount link for a replacement card with your previous design. Tip: you can add a spare card to your order for 9 990 Ft.
Is payment secure?
Yes, you pay on SimplePay's secure page. Apple Pay and Google Pay work too.
